Admiral Yamamoto Gonnohyoe (山本権兵衛

Japanese military leader and the 16th (February

Prime Minister.
He was born in
Kagoshima prefecture and graduated from the Naval Academy in 1874. He
was Minister of the Navy from 1898 to 1906, and became a
count on September 21, 1907.
Shortly before his death in 1933, he was awarded the Supreme Order.
